Bilawal Responded Unsatisfactory Replies Towards Pakistani Dynastic Politics

Chairman of PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari gave unsatisfactory replies during an exclusive interview given to anchorperson Becky Anderson with CNN, which aggrieved Pakistan’s people.

While giving an interview to CNN Becky Anderson asked about dynastic politics to Chairman of PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, He seemed unclear in understanding the question of an interviewer properly.

She asked “Do you believe in dynastic politics in Pakistan. Is it right or wrong? Bilawal replied In a criticizing way to a journalist that dynastic politics exist but somewhere else and compared the situation of Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton by saying “Hillary Clinton was involved in politics due to her husband( Bill Clinton)” which infuriated the journalist and interrupted him in the mid of an answer “no, that is not a good answer, it is a really an important question”, she stated

After that Bilawal struggled to reply and took this game away from the topic of nepotism and said: “Criticize dynastic politics as much as you want but it is the people of Pakistan who will decide and that should matter at the end of the day.” He added “As far as myself is concerned, my grandfather was hanged by a military dictator, my mother was assassinated by terrorists and I was forced into Pakistani politics at a young age. I did not choose this life, it chose me,” a moment later he divert and started connecting answers of Dynastic politics with the Former Prime Minister of Pakistan , Imran khan, and stated that  “In his [Imran Khan] federal and provincial representatives, he relies heavily on Pakistan’s dynastic families

while defending nepotism Bilawal stated that he was forced into Pakistan’s Politics “ I didn’t choose this life, it chose me”. Moreover, the PPP leader insisted that the political alliance needed to work together for the restoration of democracy.

The CNN interview went viral on social media, as users took to Twitter to react to the clip.

  1. You actually make it seem so easy with your presentation but I find this matter to be actually something that I think I would never understand. It seems too complicated and very broad for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I’ll try to get the hang of it!
