Water is kind of a big deal when it comes to cheap, organic, and simple ways to detox your body. No, you do not have to go on a fast and only feast on water for a week, but you could do that if you so choose. If you are new to detox or are not a big fan of fasting, simply replacing your normal drinks with water when your enjoy your meals will do wonders.
